  • We don’t give in easily and, when we can’t win ‘em over, we make sure that Copley letter goes out.
  • Cash settlement where possible.
  • Letters via posted recorded delivery and/or email with automated read/delivery receipts.
  • Tracking systems to find tel no’s and addresses.
  • In-house management system to diarise calls and communications.
