Repair Link commenced trading in 2003 with an ambition to be the most cost effective and best accident management service provider. That’s never changed, other things have.
Our range of services has expanded, usually at the request of clients asking could you do this or that. Directly from client requests we expanded our services to include Salvage Disposal and Third-Party Intervention. Today, we provide every post-accident service that might be required.
Our clients changed too. Initially, we looked after fleet operators. A client recommended us to their insurer and we now provide services to a number of Motor Insurers or MGA’s.
We’ve now been doing this for over 20 years , all controlled via our always evolving, in-house management system. This software plays an important role in our flexibility and efficiency but it’s the people that make the difference.
A significant number of our staff have been with the business for over 10 years. That’s something I’m most proud of and the quality of our team gives us a real advantage. I believe our service is second to none and would welcome the opportunity to demonstrate this to you.
